A creme fraiche garlic aioli dip is rich, creamy, and tangy, making it perfect for pairing with crispy, salty, grilled or roasted foods. Use it as a dip for raw or grilled vegetables, as a sauce for french fries, sliders, or crab cakes.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup creme fraiche

1 to 2 cloves garlic, finely grated

1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil whisked in at the end.



Directions:

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until completely combined.
