Who says pie has to be pie? 🥧 Join Annalise from Sweet B’s Bakeshop for a fun, hands-on cupcake decorating class where we’ll transform six delicious cupcakes into adorable mini pies using buttercream!

Perfect for beginners, this workshop will teach you essential piping techniques while creating cupcakes inspired by classic pies, complete with realistic fillings, lattice crusts, and charming details. All the cuteness of homemade pie, without ever turning on the oven!

What You'll Learn
Proper piping bag setup and tip control

How to create realistic pie fillings and textures using buttercream

Techniques for piping lattice crusts, borders, and decorative details

You'll gain confidence working with buttercream while learning fun, versatile decorating techniques you can recreate at home. By the end of class, you'll take home a beautiful box of six pie-inspired cupcakes that look almost too cute to eat!

And the best part? Your cupcakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen beautifully to save for Thanksgiving! A sweet, homemade addition to your holiday dessert table, with all the decorating already done.

No experience necessary — just bring your creativity and love for buttercream! All supplies are included.

Guests 21+ are welcome to bring their favorite bottle of wine or bubbly to sip while they decorate. 🥧🧁

Annalise Atilano

Hi there! I’m Annalise – proud mom, passionate baker, and the creator of Sweet B’s Bake Shop here in Lincolnshire.

When my son was born in May 2020, everything changed. Watching him grow so quickly reminded me just how fleeting life is – and how important it is to spend it doing what you truly love. That realization sparked something in me.

By February 2021, I took a leap of faith and left my corporate job to follow a dream that had been in my heart for as long as I can remember – sharing my love of baking with others. What started with hot cocoa bombs soon grew into cake pops, and now I’m thrilled to be creating custom cakes and cupcakes for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and everything in between.

At Sweet B’s, every dessert is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. I believe in celebrating the sweet moments – big or small – and making them just a little bit more special with something delicious. Because life is short… so why not make it sweet?
